How Long Will Shipping Usually Take?

 

For Jewelry:

All orders will be processed within 1-2 days from order and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times can vary depending on location. Tracking will be provided.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Right now we only ship inside the United States.


After I Place My Order, Where Do I Look For My Confirmation?

We send all order confirmations by email. If you do not see it in your main inbox, we kindly ask that you check your SPAM or JUNK sections to see if it was received there. If you still have not received it, feel free to send us an email at our Contact Us section of our page!



Can I get a refund?

Yes you definitely can, but we ask that the item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. We pride ourselves on customer support. If you want a full REFUND, please mail your item to our address provided below up to 30 days from the date you received your product and we will issue your refund.

Do you have Return Exceptions?

Yes. We will not accept returns for merchandise that has been through water damage, physically damaged, or tears in leather merchandise.

There is no restocking fee, however the customer is responsible for shipping any items that they wish to be returned.
